We’re passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations move their mission forward.

Meet Sandy

I’ve dedicated my career to helping mission-driven organizations find clarity, build trust, and communicate with purpose. From leading marketing and communications for Planned Parenthood’s six-state affiliate to overseeing multi-million dollar, award-winning national paid media campaigns at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, I’ve learned how to move brands forward when the landscape is complex or there’s a crisis at hand — the mission matters deeply.

Earlier, I directed marketing, led brand and storytelling for the University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and Make-A-Wish of WA and AK.

I am bicultural and bilingual. As a Cuban immigrant and first-gen college graduate, my work is informed by my lived experience as well as my equity training. My main passion is connecting people and purpose, ensuring progress is not just measurable — but meaningful.

I am a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of South Puget Sound where my son is a club kid, and still volunteer for Make-A-Wish, granting wishes for kids of Spanish-speaking families. Tad and I share a passion for travel. This was on an epic trip through the Loire Valley in France.

Meet Tad

I’ve spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of leadership, faith, and social justice — helping people and organizations grow and evolve to realize their desired outcomes. As a pastor, executive leader, consultant, facilitator, and strategist — I’ve accompanied executives, boards, and grassroots leaders through professional, personal, and spiritual growth, organizational and community development, strategic and participatory planning and activation grounded in equity and justice oriented values, mission alignment, and measurable outcomes.

My work has been with both small and large non-profits, grassroots coalitions and community based organizations, emerging leaders and seasoned executives, philanthropic foundations, and private business — spanning sectors, including community development, health, affordable housing, youth sports and recreation, local government, K-12 education and enrichment, faith and spiritual communities, and higher education.

I bring an accessible style, solidarity, humor, and calm to complex work — balancing Sandy’s creative energy.

I’m the pastor of Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Tacoma. I am a devoted fan of my beloved Seahawks and Mariners, coach my son's travel baseball team year round, and serve as my daughter’s personal softball trainer — pelota es vida (baseball is life)!

Together at Scale

We help leaders and teams find focus, sync strategy with values, and evolve their mission. We believe meaningful growth happens when vision, leadership, and communication move in the same direction — and we’re here to help you get there.
